Tasy Academy utilizes world class FrogSreet curriculum which is designed around the latest scientific early brain development research. Our comprehensive, research-based preschool curriculum is designed to support and nurture your child’s development across all areas of development, including social, emotional, physical, language, creative and cognitive needs. This year-year round program focuses on enhancing the simple joy of childhood while equipping our caregivers to nurture curiosity through exploration. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of varying age groups.
Classrooms
6 weeks-18 months classroom
Our infant classroom curriculum is very unique, its based on play and discoveries. It is designed to build strong foundation for little ones. Your child will be introduced to the following:
• Relationship-based plan and discovery
• Motor and sensory interaction
• Activity to foster problem solving, curiosity and creativity
• Baby sign language and baby yoga
• Language acquisition and body awareness
• Tummy time and muscle strength to facilitate crawling
18 months-2 years classroom
The curriculum for 18-2 years old is designed around latest scientific early brain development research that focuses on learning through play. In this class your child will learn the basic knowledge and skills that is required to enhance language and recognition. Your child will be introduced to the following:
• Potty training
• Basic vocabulary and introduction to sign language
• Recognition of each color and counting to ten
• Early motor skills
• Creating structure in the classroom
3 years classroom
This class curriculum focuses on key areas of development in children ages 3 years, the knowledge and skills that is necessary for children to succeed and can effectively continue on the path to kindergarten readiness. Your child will be introduced to the following:
• Name recognition
• Understanding letters A-Z and sounds
• Learning the days of the week and month and Counting to 20
• More depth motor skills
• Basic language skills(sign language and Spanish)
4-5 years classroom
This classroom curriculum focuses on math, science, language, art, social and emotional skills. It is based on learning through play approach. Your child will be introduced to the following:
• Counting 1-100
• Introducing simple mathematics
• Forming words and sentences
• Developing experiments
• Basic language skills(sign language and introducing Spanish)
• Social skills and manner
